Excerpt from our project results
AUTOMOTIVE
Development of battery systems for commercial use applications
Development of battery systems of the next generations with cycle requirements factor 3 for passenger cars and energy density increases with decreasing costs. Both chemical and design variants were successfully assessed in order to fix the technology strategy.
Transport & passenger transport
Development support for fuel cells for buses and trucks
Design of the FC system for city bus/delivery transport applications and supplier selection. Evaluation and acceptance of hardware on test stand. In addition, design/specification of H2 tank systems for supplier decision-making.
EnergyStorage
Battery development for aviation applications
Development of a battery design with a focus on safety with high energy content and minimum weight input. Successful validation of the developed construction design in test campaigns.
Training
Fuel cell training in the context of e-mobility
Tailored online training in 2 half-day blocks: e-mobility market and market development, status of BEV and battery development,FC vehicles and comparison BEV/BZF, stack/material technologies, system variants and component options, control, dynamics, design calculations.
Consulting service
Advice on technology topics
Workshop Solid-State Cell Technology at the customer: Discussion and evaluation of the technology and available results, target comparison with state-of-the-art LiB, development plan.
